HR Case Management
The GLOBAL FUND decided to turn to imaKumo to implement the ServiceNow solution.
HR had the objective to improve service delivery, provide a consistent knowledge base and identify bottlenecks to gain visibility of overall HR service delivery process. Also to understand the number and type of requests being received over the various channels and set standards for monitoring, documenting the quality, timeliness of responses to queries and remove inefficiencies in processes and discrepancies in responses.
